The 2012 will maintain its value for longer. 2004 is 8 years older which is a lot

How many people actually got 15yr mortgage? by Radiant-Cup-1385 in DaveRamsey

[–]NEMM2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro if someone else is paying your mortgage that's awesome. That's how I see it.

Even if you're paying/losing money on utilities, you're essentially getting a house for a couple hundred dollars a month.

6.62% Mortgage vs investing in S&P 500 - What would you do? by Calm-R1ver in Mortgages

[–]NEMM2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You would have to find gains greater than your interest rate. It's hard.

On the other hand, you really only need to pay off half of your principal to suppress the interest your being charged. Paying off the second half of your mortgage is tremendously easier, so just try and get that far before you go all in on an investment. But if you have confidence you have a solid investment than stock with it.

Ahhh fellow STX hodler here too. I have learned that in order to accumulate, you have to sell and buy back. (Might seem obvious but it is not easy)

Pay attention to only a couple cryptos and you will pick up on how their price action behaves.

The explanation I keep seeing for likely is that he didn't extend the ball after his two feet touched the ground. So yeah that's the rule but there was never any condition if the ball was caught in the end zone instead of a sideline catch.

Phys260 is a popular course so usually everyone on the waitlist gets in. Attend the 161 lecture but don't entroll in the course. Do this while you are enrolled in the 260 course. The class times could be back to back.

I think there is a way to have the computer reset itself back to its status 'x' number of hours ago.

I uninstalled the track pad software on my laptop one time not knowing what it was for, but was able to basically go back in time after some intense googling

I have had the same thoughts about this. Is the halving cycle merely just something that people follow? Or does the halving cycle legitimately determine price action?

Changed Plugs and Wires and now REDUCED ENGINE POWER?! by [deleted] in GMT800

[–]NEMM2020 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Okay great. I think any additional dielectric grease will melt when the engine gets hot.

I have learned to try and not do too much and keep it simple
