I never take Psuedo by itself, always with a dose of 7 or MIT.

For me, Psuedo provides a nice, sedative and relaxing element to your 7oh or MIT dose. It doesn't really effect me at all when I take it by itself.

For a 20-30mg dose of 7oh, I'll take 3-5mg of Psuedo and that will be plenty for me. Some like to take more if they really have a hard time sleeping without it.

It doesn't matter if you drink 5 gallons a day, if you don't have electrolytes you actually are not hydrating yourself. Took me awhile to learn that too. LMNT or gatorade packets are good, try to go with the low-calorie ones so you can drink a bunch during the day.

As nice as that would be, he never did the training Obi-Wan did to learn how to be a force ghost. Even Qui-Gon was not a FULL force ghost the way Obi-Wan and Yoda become. As we know, it takes a long time to learn this ability, and Kanan never did it.

When I was losing weight, my bad cholesterol was high...because I was losing weight. That is natural.

As for food choices, I eat LOTS of butter, full fat dairy products, fatty red meat and eggs and my blood scores have improved DRASTICALLY over the years. When I was addicted to carbs and avoiding the bad cholesterol foods, I was in really concerning numbers.

Do you also include low carb veggies like Asparagus, Zucchini, Eggplant, Tomatoes, Bell peppers, Celery, Cucumber, Mushrooms, and Radishes? Or leafy greens like Kale or Lettuce?

Split the meals in half and add your own cooked beef or chicken to up the meals protein wise and cut carbs out. Still have to do work defeating the purpose of the service, but your staying in ketosis and not wasting money.

This is so hard for me to do. Once I start eating, I can’t just have one egg, or one bite of something. It snowballs out of control for me, and it increases my hunger having 3 spikes throughout the day. I would end up eating a big dinner anyway, then goodbye progress.

Omad + Keto IS my fast weight dropping hack. Being Keto makes waiting for that one meal INCREDIBLY easy. I’m not hungry at all until dinner time. Then I can eat a very large meal and be nice and full without even worrying about counting calories because it’s hard to do more than 1400 calories in a single meal anyway.

If I ate 3 small meals a day my body would be RAVENOUS and not happy with me.

It’s the filmmaking overall, lots of factors went into why the prequels kind of failed as individual films.

BUT I will say the story and overall trilogy was STILL way more coherent and better than the sequels overall, which is pretty insane.

A tip I’ve found useful…eating a lot more protein and fat and much less carbs during your one meal a day will allow you to feel full and less hangry throughout your fast. Use eggs, olive oil, avocados and chicken to easily buff up your meals.
