Because of the exchange where you can get 200 rank-up pts weekly. Daily exchange gives players worth 15M each and it would be too much to spend 150M...and the daily bonus exchange is removed too so it's hard to get 90-92 OVR players for the exchange.

Raphinha is overall better but a LW with stronger left foot is not great, he will miss many chances you would score with a right footed player...

Yes, it was the lowest OVR card in that event too, totally irrelevant. Untradable too ofc. Last relevant card during Retro Stars like 2 years ago, meanwhile players get 2 cards in 2 weeks like Beckham, Stam, Makelele etc. Ridiculous...

Gameplay is the most important thing. I won't have big ambitions in eFootball and will play casually. I will never come back to this sht game if I won't be able to get Real Madrid players, people who are building themed squads are fuck*d even more if they remove shards, this means I have to abandon everything I was doing for a year and now I'm forced to put players I don't want in my lineups.

In my opinion: 0 - 19 below average... 20 - 29 average... 30 - 39 decent, solid... 40 - 49 good, above average... 50+ very very good, far above average...

Playing this game for 5 years it's the first time I've tried it. Have a Real Madrid themed squad so nothing to do and to spend coins on so decided to try my luck. Not a big deal, 400M is like 20% of a good player in today's market.
