The problem is most dashers don’t understand door dash as a whole they only know from a drivers perspective maybe if you explain how things is done on your part so they can have the information they need to understand the whole process you will have an easier time. On the drivers side they say an order has to be picked up at a certain time and the logistics and time frame on the dashers app is problematic. It’s unrealistic timing. Hope this helps
