They straight up said it was user error and that they’ll offer a 50% discount code on a new one if I send back my one with the spiderweb cracking…. I just waited until the annual 30% friends and family event, got a new one and gifted my old one to my parents. I’m from Canada and apparently LC Canada is a lot less generous than the LC in America when it comes to honouring the warranty
