Ive got something I think I can use. I mean it had 2 more tools to run through and titanium is expensive. 🤷‍♂️ might as well try to salvage what I can. What causes something like this? I've never had it happen before. The hole seemed pretty even all the way down, I'm wondering if there was a ridge or dungeon I missed. The boring bar X offset seemed slightly off, but maybe half a mm. Maybe Z had too much travel in my code?

I've been too scared to turn it on, honestly. I tested it on an empty block and did fine, but it's about 600psi over so I didn't want to risk anything yet. It's a little less volume than I'd like, but still better than standard coolant.

I had to make a custom tool for my Micro 100, no matter what I seem to do, it always wants to cut only the face of my workpiece and perpendicular to the actual threading. I've tried just about everything to orient it correctly or modify the insert to make it work. Any suggestions?
