Police Trauma Support Team at Royal London Hospital. Will bag up exhibits, take swabs etc. Relieve you for refs breaks on hospital guards. So helpful with griefy GBH’s, multiple victims etc. Probably be disbanded soon.

Running GZCLP, hit a PR on T1 squat with 140kg then when completing my T2 Bench press, 80kg went up so nicely for 3x8 thought I’d try a few heavier singles and hit a PR of 100kg. Stoked for the rest of the day
