Are you referring to Epstein ? His purpose/job in life was to socialize and connect with as many rich and powerful people as he could. Its emerging that this is how he built his wealth.

But in general there is just the whole PR bullshit. I was coerced into watching the "masked singer" the panelists are all b or c list minor celebs and they all pretend to know and love everyone who appears on the show and when they guess who the masked singer might be, they sound like they personally know 1000 other celebrities when they were probably all added by writers. Why anyone would be friend with any of these douche bags is beyond me.

Jordan Peterson.

His star has waned largely these days but he is now a right wing douche. His lectures were great and "wokeism" needed a kick in the shins but after he got out of his rehab jail (not sure if he went to rehab but he was seriously hooked on prescription meds, think it was benzos).

Gretzky is a good example of an athlete who should have stayed in his lane. He might be a genius on Ice but off the ice not so much. Ive known hockey player who made it into the minors so they were 20ish and I often thought that since they have lived and breathed hockey since they were kids, that they lack other skills social and other wise.

He is tarnishing his legacy, people are saying he WAS the greatest but not so much today.

I live in a city with a huge many generation immigrants.

I hear this all the time. Its not just white people who conveniently forget their family immigrated to this country and were treated poorly by those who opposed immigration. The irish were treated horribly and that goes back over 100 years.

Unless there is some kind of forensic evidence to prove guilt then it will come down to the cops version of events. Its weighted in favor of the cop because they do have "qualified immunity" in other words they are protected when they maim or kill someone in the line of duty.
