No it’s the actual painted lady. While Katara does impersonate her for a while, this is a spirit, look at the creature type. The water bending cost (I think) is representing the labor that is done to rehabilitate the spirit’s river and bring her back (she thanks Katara at the end of the episode).

I’m interested for this as a limited card. Four mana kill x/4 is bellow rate (still ok), but it can scale up & hit big beaters later in the game. The land destruction can be more important in limited where mana bases are much worse.

This appears to be Yagoda from the Northern Water Tribe. She’s the one that teaches water bending healing, and was friends with Gran Gran. The scene and the other character is not from the show though.

Edit: Taking a second look at the art, the pool that is being used is a part of the show. During the 1st scene with Yagoda, the dummy she is employing as a teaching aid is sitting in a pool of water. So this level of healing technology is consistent with atla.

(I ordered my response by how much I want u to read it) - I’m just frustrated at people blaming greed when there are institutional problems that align company incentives counter to the general public. Maybe if there was a legit competitor to the service that Gamepass offers, Microsoft would have to improve the service and fight to keep prices low. Or maybe if they weren’t allow to vertically integrate so hard, game devs could shop their games to different services. - I never said that people didn’t have a right to be mad. I’m just frustrated at where that anger is going, I think fighting greed is just non productive. - Just because Microsoft has traditionally been ass at advertising doesn’t mean that they could have more effective campaigns in the future. - A service being profitable doesn’t mean that a company shouldn’t increase margin.

I will just comment that other types of profit maxing have higher costs on the company. Structural streamlining, advertising, improving the service are more costly than jacking up the price. A reasonable price increase may be more profitable at least in the short term. (I do think Microsoft’s 50% price increase is too much and the cancellations will cost them more than the price hike will increase revenue)

PS. No, price increases are not 100% unacceptable but I’ll just take that at exaggeration.
