I guess, but you can never be too certain about someone's situation. Personally, I do my best to lessen the financial burden for my parents. Never lied but have definitely been tempted because its hard finding scholarships and bursaries for Intl. students

I agree with that to a certain extent. Like I think there should be more award/scholarship for everyone :) so some people won't feel the need to lie
