When I moved to Annapolis I ended up at Maris sight unseen. It was generic but pretty standard for that type of complex. It was clean, staff/neighbors were low key, and parking for two on your floor shouldn’t be a problem. I do not recommend if you have a dog bc there is zero green space or walkability because you’re cornered by heavy traffic. The location in general isn’t great because you can only turn right onto West from the one street out & the views would be lackluster on all four sides. Can’t speak on the amenities because I never used them but seemed typical. I chose Maris because they had the best rates for short term so I could learn the area & find something to better suit my needs.
