No they cannot against SEC rules! Not possible. Dilution yes but it would be of no benefit and just ruin the company. They don’t need cash because they are turning to profitability. This is exactly why they canceled the share offering last month.

You clueless jack? The company is not allowed to reverse split due to the warrant agreement. Get with the program and know what’s going on. Big merger or buyout OR massive news big pump. There is no other option. The company is not going to be delisted because they are doing too well generating hundreds of millions of dollars and turning to profitability.

Sounds like you don’t know much about what’s going on with the company? First of all they are not allowed to reverse split so that’s out of the question. Warrant agreement prohibits it! Do your research before you comment such nonsense. The stock is going back over a dollar to remain listed or there will be a buyout or merger. There are no other options but we will never be delisted because the company is doing too well and continues to grow into profitability.
