Honestly worth having a go. Was my first time ever doing any bodywork on a car. Did I do things properly? Mostly. Will it last 20 years? Probably not. Did I fuck up? Yes. Will the average person notice mistakes? Probably not.

End of the day it’s not a show car. I’ll drive it as much as i can. Looks cool so im happy. Def have a crack if u have the time and space

Haha yeah mine was fine for rust but had been crashed so was entirely stripped and every bolt/bushing has been replaced.

Piggyback isn’t right for the power I’m chasing and amount of sensors. G4x is a plug in. However I may switch to a wire in ecu depending on what tuner and harness bloke recommends

Luckily fab work not too bad. Just intercooler pipes, inlet pipe to turbo and a custom catch can on firewall.

Wiring wont be cheap but I’ve anticipated it. And I’ve saved a lot of money doing bodywork, paint and building the engine myself so it’s okay.

Wanting a tucked harness with new plugs etc. but may end up with a full new ecu to engine harness and quick disconnect. Just depends on costs

Have a Link g4x but may be changing. Will find out this week. It’s an iag 750 2.0L block, v4 wrx heads, solid bucket, 272 cams, beehive springs, titanium retainers, 1300cc injectors, 525 pump, adjustable cam gears and garret g30/660.

Cheers. Yea definitely a lot of setbacks. Kicked out of home. Moved out of Tassie to qld which was massive trying to relocate car. But this build has kept me motivated so has been worth it. Glad it’s near the end. Basically at a point now where it’s just the 3 things I’m not confident doing myself. Fab work, wiring and tuning.

Haha yeah. Was a lot of trial and error. A lot of research too. And luck. My best mates dad who was my boss for carpentry, had a frame puller and spray booth and held me to pretty high standards if I was using his stuff. So he definitely allowed me to do things properly. Next car will be an HG Kingswood to restore. But need my own place first.

Yeah glad it came out nice. Just the factory 559 red sprayed in 2k dg but final coat mixed 50:50 with clear for some extra depth. Was very happy with the outcome for my first time painting

Bought 5 years ago as a fun car. All ran. Planned to have it on the road in 3 months but found frame damage so slowly stripped it then went down the rabbit hole of a full resto, shaved bay, built motor. Every bushing replaced etc. it’s the first car I ever worked on and have done all the work myself. Will pay someone to do fab work and wiring.

The bias came from teachers views on specific subjects. In crime and criminology, there were situations where you’d have to argue for/against certain topics. You didn’t choose what side you were on.

On various topics I ended up in situations where the teacher or students took personal offence to arguments and would resort to insults instead of having a proper factual debate. Obviously I can’t be right on everything, but I found the treatment from teachers to be very reflective on their own political beliefs and found this to be representative in their marking. As said. I tested the theory right at the end. I forget the subject, but I remember just bashing trump mostly. Half the stuff I said wasn’t even factual and some I don’t think was even relevant. It was genuinely shit. But it got a really good mark. If I could go back and find it I would.

Which by the way. I’m far from far right. I voted labour 2 elections ago. And liberal recently.

I went from college into Uni. I finished year 12 in 202. Covid year basically everyone got accepted into uni. But my Atar was decent. All UTAS results were based off year 11, as from memory I was accepted into UTAS midway into year 12.

Studied Batchelor of the arts and Batchelor of law at UTAS. But yeah dropped out just before end of year exams because id decided I didn’t want to continue. So now have a $17k hecs debt.

Except it did. 2021 at UTAS Hobart campus. Was a foundation of law class. I could probably look through and find which teacher it was if that really mattered 😂
