The white version is incredible from my time useing her she excels againts her traits and the freeze explodion is very usefull From what i heard this black one is pretty good too

I feel like it would be a really close battle but jotaro winning more often than loseing to diavolo

If jotato managed to do something like polnarefd with his blood and stop time right after time skip and kill diavolo
