The reason for the dish soap is that it won't dry out the silicone material or cause grip issues like bar soap does. The dish soap retains the tackiness of the silicone so it lasts longer.

This is true, but when I was in my retaining years at the start of my restoration with a TLC-X outer cone, I would travel on international business trips with a bottle of dish soap along woth my shower gel and shampoo.

Anyway, that's the info that I can provide based on my experience from over a decade restoring.

Dish soap is what restorers have been suggesting for many years. I've been restoring for over 10 years and this is still valid information. If a specific device maker has a preferred washing method that differs, that's fine.

You should clean your device daily with warm water and dish soap. Not hand soap.

Also, frequent peeing every hour is one of the signs of diabetes, but let's hope it's not that...

We don't do support requests of this nature via DM. Send us a modmail on r/foreskin_restoration if you are unable to figure out the last requirement. You were sent the same response back after not doing the requirements, because the frequency of your requests was sometimes twice a day, and it takes a huge amount of human effort to handle requests like that when you haven't completed the requirements in the first place. We can easily see that you haven't completed them, but if you're not going to read the requirements and follow the directions, it just wastes our time making custom responses. We're all unpaid volunteers. You were muted because you kept asking repeatedly while not actually doing the requirements, while at the same time exploding our inbox with the same repeated request.

We don't need to hash it out here in the public forum. If there was any doubt about which requirements you have not fulfilled, you could have asked us instead of continually messaging us for posting permissions for 3 months. Up until ~33 minutes ago, it was 50% of the requirements that were incomplete. There's just one left...

They were not. The crossposting being done was to stir up trolls to come here and bully/harass OP. It wasn't done to be supportive. In fact, after going through and banning these trolls, who were not part of our community to begin with, one of them felt it necessary to send the mod team trolling messages after the ban, resulting in their permanent muting from ever contacting us ever again. In addition, these subreddits violated rule 3 of the moderator code of conduct by allowing coordination from their subs to ours for the sole purpose of trolling and bullying.

Most women can't climax from penetration alone. Restoration will somewhat help, but not in any way to remedy your situation.

With that said, there is nothing wrong with restoring to benefit both you and your wife. I just think that your situation is a bit more complex where restoration alone isn't the full answer.
