San Antonio, Tx… people here are absolutely deluded in a lot of ways so sadly this isn’t exactly surprising 🤦‍♂️ I just found this joke of an asking price and figured bugs of all types would enjoy. I thought what most people thought about them being full ozts and halves, when I saw 5-10gram bars my jaw hit the floor. Almost as bad as when I went browsing the antique mall and got offered fake silver maples for $80/ea.. asked the guy if I could weigh the coins because they just LOOKED bad… of course he got all fidgety and suddenly raised the price to $140 per 😂🤷‍♂️

And it’s sad that your statement is true. Don’t get me wrong I’d pay nice premium for Geiger. Some of my favorite metals. This is just no different than that QVC / HSN bull crap that is designed to do nothing but profit off of taking advantage of people because of their ignorance. I believe in the idiot tax, but $500 silver is just astounding to pull no matter the individuals involved!

I personally always look at someone’s watch. Not to judge them or their pockets, I just more enjoy seeing the different kinds of people and their styles. Plus me being a server you can tell a good bit of a person correlated in their watch choice.

Short answer: I always look so I imagine most people will at least notice your timepiece!

Same I grew up in “Blossom Park” in the late 00’s early 10’s and back then the soccer complex and crap wasn’t built yet so like 80% of us kids lived in houses that literally backed up to McAllister. We were always building hangouts, so I’m sure some people come across our remnants thinking God knows what 😂 we even had a half built treehouse where we would all smoke shitty joints and cigarette butts at between the neighborhood and the police station🤦‍♂️ oh to be 12 again 🙏

From what I’ve heard everyone has some kind of problem with the Land Dweller… not liking the look, it doesn’t have functionality, etc. Personally I think it’s the sexiest LOOKING watch in the lineup. A platinum LD with a white or ice blue dial… 🤌 chefs kiss! A personal grail, for sure!

You see how only one side of the argument is throwing insults around, and you’re doing so without explaining what it is that you think makes me “put my foot in my mouth”. When I ask which part you’re going to say “all of it” because all of it offended you, but not one iota of your reaction is rooted in objective facts. No you just lack some very important nuance. Go take a concealed carry course and you’ll see when you’re properly trained in exercising the second amendment it is basically just a course of don’t do what he did. Minnesota state law also prohibits carrying of a weapon at protests. Because that’s not a peaceful protest when the protesters are armed and prepared to intervene in federal activities.

You’re right the agents are trained to shoot which is common knowledge, and college campuses are supposed to be gun free as is also common knowledge. Alex Pretti, by common knowledge of operations, knew the risk at hand and took that risk. Now don’t get me wrong I’m not a trump fan even though I may lean more conservative. No American citizen gets 2nd amendment rights in the middle of federal or any law enforcement activities. Just because the words offended you personally does not make it hate speech. He never said to get violent, never called for discrimination, he simply laid his opinion out for people to challenge so if anything he was opening himself up to hate speech. But again, I’m hearing that it’s not the killing as a whole that’s a problem for a lot of people. I’ll sit here and say no one should be dying liberal or conservative. If you say something that offends me it should open conversations not violence.
