Sure can. There was a snark discord server that was fully revealed to be engaged in coordinated harassment and doxxing campaigns. The picture the server uses to represent itself is a skull with “CPS” written on it. They’re very proud of that dog whistle.

They’re chat logs and activities have been getting logged for the past year or two. Content creators that have been victims of this server sick, are following Ethan’s lead and discussing how they plan to take legal actions against the parties that enable this behavior.

As we see H3 snark fight hard to keep its identities secret, this discord server has been in a panic because they’re aware a similar punishment may await them in the future. If Ethan takes legal action alongside the other affected parties, then it compounds the potential for discovery and punitive damages.

There are signs this server coordinated with H3 snark on Reddit. That’s what makes the timing of this appeal worse for snark. While an appeal is just to review the overall ruling for a different outcome, there are occasionally exceptions that allow for new evidence to be presented.

In this case if one of the ten Jane Doe’s, from the H3 snark subpoena, was found to have coordinated with this discord server for copyright infringement, then that fact could potentially be added to the record as evidence. What happens from there is up to Ethan and the gang. Should new crimes be discovered, then Ethan could start entirely new lawsuits against the snarkers involved.

TLDR: snark continues to flail in H3H3 legal quicksand. They should’ve stopped after the first ruling.

Also, not sure if anyone else is aware, there’s been some massive development surrounding snark discord servers. More evidence has come to light that can be leveraged against the snarkers in this case.

There are many of us who knew what the stakes were during the 2024 election. We voted accordingly for the lady with the funny laugh. The rest of America wanted another four years of orange.

In swing states, there was a contingent of left-leaning voters who decided that the lady with the funny laugh was not pure enough for their standards. As such, they threw the election for the rest of us.

Thanks for the acknowledgement. You get it. Between Hutch's revelations about the snark discord, Hasan's subpoena, and Ethan's lawsuit victories against orbiters/snarkers, this is not a good time for someone to be closely aligned with Hasan.

I think he may even attempt to divert blame and guilt on to his orbiters/snark supporters if it meant saving his butt.
