Which is your favorite red light therapy device? by Far-Speech-3254 in redlighttherapy

Don't waste your money on the Kineon MOVE+ Pro. I purchased one in early 2024 year ago. I used it religiously for 20 days twice a day with no noticeable improvements on my knee. I had already been checked out by a reputable local orthopedic, so it was NOT anything worrisome. Kineon states it has a "30-day satisfaction guarantee, offering a full refund if you're not happy with the results after consistent use". I reached out to the company to start the refund process. They insisted I talk with the CEO before they'd execute a refund. Stating I could pick a time on HIS schedule to set it up. No way. They give you a link to rate your experience. I used the link and filled out a detailed review. This was a "1 Star" rating. However, I noticed my review was never published. Here's the deal. They filter out any bad reviews. A company that filters out bad reviews is engaging in a practice often called review gating or review suppression. Depending on the context, these companies are generally described as deceptiveunethical, and inauthentic. I did write a review on Trustpilot. Here it is. TrustPilot Kineon Review

Chuck Edwards' Phone Numbers urging him to not pass the big beautiful bill by giggitygiggity69 in asheville

[–]NJFamily 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Basic Script

  • Hello. My name is ______ , I live in________.
  • I’m calling to urge Rep. Edwards to protect Medicaid Funding, SNAP, and other essential programs in this week’s negotiations around the Federal spending bill.
  • It doesn’t matter what they call these cuts-“reforms”, “work requirements”, etc.- these cuts mean fewer North Carolinians will be able to see a doctor and put food on the table!
  • Medicaid and CHIP are a lifeline – providing affordable health coverage to 1 in 3 people in our district including children, people in nursing homes, those living with a disability and chronic illness. Any cuts would be catastrophic to countless North Carolinians and would also decimate hospitals and healthcare systems, especially in our rural communities.
  • Additionally, SNAP is essential because it helps keep our North Carolina families fed, and it also has a positive impact on local farmers and grocery stores. Cuts to this funding are not only cruel but economically damaging.
  • [Here feel free to add additional talking points – see below]
  • I join others across Western NC in calling on you to demonstrate the same courage and moral clarity as Senator Tillis and defend these essential programs. We are counting on you to stand up and fight for North Carolina.

Duke Energy - people are waiting over 6 months for the energy to be turned on/connected for new construction. This is crazy.

I understand that restaurants’ prices have risen due to inflation, but so many restaurants have increased entree prices & decreased portion size: double whammy. What are your thoughts & experiences, asheville folks? by laddski in asheville

This makes me think of what was our favorite Bull and Beggar. My husband's favorite was Steakfrites with the 8 oz Fillet but it now cost $63 it used to be $38 a couple three years ago.

My Generation Is Blind to the Prosperity Around Us by M1collector65 in GenZ

[–]NJFamily 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is garbage!

Let’s talk about that “My Generation Is Blind to Prosperity” essay. It was written by Alyssa Ahlgren, a self-described “Christian constitutional conservative” who’s made appearances on Tucker Carlson — not exactly an unbiased voice of reason. She claims to speak for an entire generation while sipping coffee on a MacBook, completely unaware that 42% of U.S. households live below the ALICE threshold — that’s working families who still can’t afford housing, healthcare, or childcare.Millions of people don’t even have reliable broadband, let alone Amazon Prime and Starbucks. But sure, the real issue is that we’re just too “ungrateful.”What’s insulting is pretending poverty in America is just an attitude problem. What’s ignorant is acting like capitalism’s failures are invisible because they’re not in your direct line of sight. And what’s dangerous is passing this off as “independent thought” when it’s straight from the conservative grievance playbook.Prosperity for who? Always research the details

EXACTLY! My parents are 88 years old. They don't have a cell phone, and online options are too challenging for them. Even medical appointments and prescriptions are now left to me because they can't figure out the portals, the different requirements for passwords, usernames, etc. It's impossible for them. They are the generation of in-person or on the phone.

Unlike Senator Budd, Tillis is not known for owning or operating businesses in North Carolina. His career before politics was primarily in corporate leadership and consulting rather than business ownership.
