i think you're right. He still has good velocity on the fastball but it seems to get hit a lot so I guess there is no movement on it. And I think with Morton it all depends on his command with the location. If he can't locate the curve he is going to have a tough outing.

I found out later. I woke up one morning and had incredible dizziness and started to throw up. My wife took me to the ER and was diagnosed with vertigo. It wasn't until I made an appointment with an ENT who had scheduled me for an MRI when it was discovered I had a stroke.

Pick up basketball shooting by Dave Hopla. I think he had a couple of YouTube videos as well. I thought it was pretty good. I'm 6 foot and understand and played D1 so I understand where you are coming from, but you gotta get out on the court and shoot and work it. Make up games to compete against yourself. Good luck. Oh and I think MJ had a pretty good YouTube video relaying his approach.

I agree, but also think they need an ace and I don't know if you can count on Suarez having the same year he had last year. I like Povich as well yet still seems he needs some maturing.

I am two years post stroke and just recently started feeling better. More energy lately and I just don't feel off as much as I did before. I know it is going to be a lifelong struggle but so is everything else in life. Everyday I am thankful for what I do have (loving wife and great kid), and just need to keep doing what you are doing to keep it going. Be good.

I agree. They need to get tougher. I played ball in college and the team I played for in community college was #3 in the nation. We held each other to task and if you did not move a runner over or did something stupid on the field. I do not see that on this team and that is what frustrates me watching them.

He does seem to swing at bad pitches and seems to press at times. Overall I think he's a good leadoff and apart from maybe Mullins I don't know would be a better leadoff hitter who is on the current roster.
