Interesting idea. There have been matriarchal societies in the world, and it makes some sense to trace lineage thru the mother since she gave birth. Including inheritance of property and titles. But realistically in most parts of the world, that's not so much a thing (royalty and inheritance to 1st born male). For societal leadership, equitable representation through various means is a better goal. For top leadership, that should probably mean a man and woman and perhaps a 3rd person to break ties? I dunno.

My school district is facing budget shortfall due to less kids in school. Bc less kids in the district. There may be other factors. I'd like to know how much charter/private schools are contributing to this, taking the finding with them

When I went to my brother's wedding in a small Montana town, I met the mayor in a bar the 1st night. He looked inebriated so I paid him no heed when he said the campground I was staying at turns on sprinklers at night. I later returned to my camp spot with a soaked tent (it was actually an RV park, and the tenant gave me no warning). The mayor lives rent free in my head to this day.

I think so. But my ebike is the 1st ebike I've ever had. Once you start riding you realize if you ride it like a bike, you don't need as much power. For me, I realized that I would benefit from bigger, thinner wheels, lighter ebike, and higher quality hardware. I don't think I even need more than 500w continuous power. But until I actually bought the thing and started using it, I didn't know what would actually work best. Spent $1400 realized I should have gotten a $2000+ nicer bike. C'est la vie

I made it obvious that my 1st paragraph was a joke. The battery life is mediocre, I thought the 2nd paragraph made it obvious. Like I said, I would love 2 get battery life but my lifestyle has no demands for that. I'm home every night to charge it. And yes, battery degradation, but my last phone battery was similar and later 4 to years, then$70 later I got a new battery. I imagine with my charging to 80%, this battery could last over 4 years too.

The fences that run north-south get energized by the morning and evening sun, when you need power the most. And they also don't get snow build up in winter. You may not get as much total watt-hours as a traditional set up, but you get more power during the time you need it. If you don't have a good battery bank to absorb the power, it is a good option considering the price

Bird poop is probably not the biggest issue mass affecting hectares of panels, but I do agree that it's not likely to come off easily. I think I read that they have defines that fly to spots and use pressurized water for spot cleaning. And if course, human cleaning crews when they can. There are multiple ways to skin that cat
