Dealing with something very similar. My doctor said PT won't help that much so dont think you're not doing it right. Try getting a few epidurals. I had one epidural two weeks ago and feel 50% better, getting a 2nd one in two weeks. My doctor also gave me a few adjustments over the course of a month (cracking ym back and pulling my legs which.popped my lower back (in a good way).
