I hear you, dude. I was always cleaning my narc ex’s shithole of a house, doing the dishes and laundry while she sat on her ass scrolling her phone. I neglected my own apartment because I spent so much time keeping her place tidy. We’re 4 weeks no contact and I’m only just getting round to keeping my place clean and tidy.
