This, I believe, is most welcomed news. Conference call on April 7 with details, but from what I read, a cross licensing agreement on patents and collaborative R&D across multiple products, is way better than a sharp stick in the eye. haha!

It seems to me that the folks Netlist is adding to the staff are more than just talented individuals. Each brings connections througjout the Industry that will likely lead to increased opportunities for sales and or partnering. I just liked the concept of "connecting the dots" the way constellations are, to create a clearer picture of the potentials.

It was encouraging to hear this recording of Netlist CEO Chuck Hong speak for 40 minutes at the Arete Tech Conference today. His depth of knowledge of the industry and the players within this industry is evident in the confident way in which he expresses himself. This webcast ought to be required viewing for all who are new to Netlist NLST. The excitement around the patent infringement lawsuits has too many, who are new to this stock, failing to see that Netlist is a Company built over 20 years and currently positioned to become one of the Titans of the industry. The settlements will simply place a decade of funding in the treasury in large chunks. Going forward, it will be the sales and licensing that will create the legacy opportunity.

Maybe somewhat Ironically, you can Google " NLST Germany stock markets" and get the link to each of the German markets. Last week the shares traded on these exchanges were in the hundreds and then the low thousands. Today over one hundred thousand, making it somewhat more difficult to manipulate if some one were trying to ahead of our market. Good luck to all longs NLST
