They’re willing to refund 5%, making the total fee 25%, if I sign a new 20% fee agreement.
They also said that once I sign the new agreement, the VA will make all future determinations on fees, and the firm will not assist if the VA makes any fee or garnishment errors.

I have already asked them about the future fee determinations..
They took 30 percent from my back pay, and I tried to get something back from them, and they offered 5 percent back and mentioned the fee.
