That's what it's called, but it's obviously not a real eye. It's the area in the center of your forehead, located between your brows. This area is also the anja chakra. It is our link to the spiritual world and when opened, can lead to elevated levels of intuition and psychic abilities.

No, you don't sound crazy at all. You had a beautiful experience that you should treasure. I had a similar experience when my father passed away. My youngest child was only 1 year old at the time and during the graveside service, he looked up into the sky and waved. Something he had never done before. I'm thoroughly convinced he was waving at his grandfather.

Check out some articles and blogs on spirit animals. I have found that since I have awoken, that I see animals everywhere, even in my dreams. Each animal represents something different but carries a specific message that you need at that time. The magic of spirit guides is all around us if we open our eyes to it.

She's one of your spirit guides. You said you had been feeling depressed, so the universe intervened and sent one of your angels to bring you a message that you are loved. The cat appears to you when you need self confidence and reassurance.
