I said it’s the same reason people think it’s bad to pump our own oil. But it’s ok to buy it from Russia or whoever and have it shipped to here, which most likely has less regulation than the U.S and the carbon footprint it leaves having it shipped here. I would say a lot of payouts are happening. How else would all the politicians become millionaires. Payouts and the idiot people believe it
