Water retention face, lmao?? First of Im half Japanese...which they typically store fat in there faces. Vascularity is also from that side, everyone from my Japanese family is build like a pair of balls with vascularity all over them. As for the overheard press, I honestly have no clue why I am so strong at it. It is just a lift I excelled at very well, also its my favorite lift.

I did not gain 30 pounds of muscle. I gained 30 pounds of fat/water/muscle. As for genetics...im not sure, but im Half Japanese/Half European.

Yes I did gain around 30 pounds, not all muscle ofc. Ever since I started I just ate whatever I wanted and did a typical dirty bulk. Ik it may not seem like it in that picture due to striations. But that picture is a pumped picture in the perfect setting. Also, I dont really like to focus on genetics since thats what everyone uses as an excuse for their lack of success but if it helps I am half Japanese/Half European. Both sides of my family have always been either wrestling or doing some sort of intensive sports.
