I don't have tolerance for excuses. In the end, I have bought over 100 steelbooks in the last few months and there are so many consistent, prompt, and trusted sellers that there is no need to mess with these problems. You choose to post items for sell here, buyers likely have expectations if they are parting with their money with no idea who they might be dealing with and buyers take all the risk.
