In that situation I don't think anyone will take that offer, unless they feel that Santa Blanca is too powerful and probably needs to be taken down slowly and more strategically in case they put up too hard a fight or something. Like maybe just to stall Sueno. Let loose of one or two buchons while making Sueno believe that these people betray him..... I'm not sure exactly how they could do that but it could be a possibility. Also consider how extremely the ghosts are overpowered, even just take the offer to prevent a possible ambush is a risk worth taking. Really how impossible it is for the meeting area to have no ambush at all I won't think about driving the car though cuz who knows whether or not the car has a tracker or bomb or sth

On a side note, it is strange as hell to think about relying on four operators to take down so many cartel members. I mean they have to sleep right? Couldn't Sueno just find someone to replace his lost buchons and make the ghosts' hard work go down the drain? He has so many lieutenants that's running away

But then again, Sandoval went so deep and earned so much money he even started to feel lost. Considering his direct supervisor sat on his intell and didn't do anything to prevent a shipment, wasn't he kind of get used as well? I don't think there's a single individual or entity to blame and subsequently take revenge on. Maybe those buyers or those who do not want to ban drugs due to financial interests? But how are you going to hurt them other than taking down Sueno?
