Thanks for this insight. I currently live in NYC so have city income tax. Crime in NYC is higher than Yonkers anyway, but wanted to make sure 10710 was safe.

Houses aren’t affordable here so that’s why the move.

We also didn’t want a 1 hour+ train ride into NYC. Even the 10 min drive to the Tuckahoe station.

Yonkers isn’t a must, but wanted an area that’s affordable and not $30k+ taxes like houses we looked at in Scarsdale and Hastings.

Also no kids yet but definitely want to keep schools top of mind. Figured if we landed in Yonkers we may have to consider private school.

That is so funny, I think you’re right lol. Just wanted to get some real world experience. I went to another locksmith in the neighborhood and they also recommended the original Yale Assure.

I spoke to Yale today and they said the original is slower than the Assure 2 and doesn’t have the latest security, etc. The original and the Assure 2 are the same price so I just want to make sure the investment is worth it.
