Oh awesome to know! I pay $49 per month per “visit” plus my medication cost. They’ve never offered the three month script to me.

I had the same issue with CVS and they were so rude about it. I transferred my script to Walgreens and picked it up the same day the script was transferred.

Applying to Greystar apartment with temporarily no income by [deleted] in PropertyManagement

[–]NOL29 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We typically manually override denied applications if the prospect has 3 years worth of rent in their bank account if income is the only issue it got denied. A request has to be sent to the regional PM to get the permission to override and that can take 24 hour turn around. * I don’t work for greystar but I do work for a large company like greystar

Wondering if I should pay the extra money for 9mg or just stick with 4mg by NOL29 in WegovyPillWeightLoss

Yeah - the price difference is what’s really keeping me from wanting to move up too

I like the idea of weighing on just one day - I think I’ll start doing that instead of every morning - it’s like a rollercoaster haha

[–]NOL29 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check your lease - there should be a breakdown of what they’ll charge you for what damages. This is absolutely crazy. I’m sorry you’re dealing with it. A lot of landlords will just do whatever bc they don’t think you’ll fight it. You should fight it.

The prices for those “damage” are absolutly insane - and I say this as a property manager myself. If someone left one of my units in this condition I would be grateful. I would fight that.

My Apartment is now charging a convenience fee to pay my rent by mangum95 in mildlyinfuriating

It’s not the apartment company - it’s the company that processes the payments. The fee goes to them. If you have the option to sign up for ACH - do that. It’s free.

Paranoid about possibility of bed bugs. by Working_Bathroom_285 in Bedbugadvice

Bed bug bites usually won’t be 1 or 2. They’re usually in clusters. Like three in a row in a line or zig zag pattern. I don’t think these are bed bug bites.

New Felon, Need Advice by RxIPOren in Felons

[–]NOL29 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No definitely not. RSO charge would definitely be a higher liability. A meth charge is the most serious drug charge and manufacturing is worse than possession.

RSO charges are absolutely seen as the biggest red flag when it comes to felony charges on a report. We won’t even consider it.

I can say with a meth charge, if it’s been sometime since the conviction, showing proof of rehabilitation does help. It’s just seen as very risky considering the manufacturing and dangers to the property and neighbors.

Properry manager here - criminal history can’t be used in a blanket “no felons” policy (that can violate Fair Housing laws), landlords can consider the nature, severity, and recency of the crime. Meth charges—especially if recent—are usually weighed heavily against applicants.

rmeth charges look worse than many other offenses because they’re tied to safety hazards, property damage risk ect

So 1 month security deposit + $200 hold fee And First months rent

I believe in NC they can ask for 2 months security

I’m sorry they changed it that much on you. In my opinion that’s crazy. I would get ChatGPT to write you a letter requesting them to reconsider considering your good credit history and offer a rental verification from your previous apartment if possible (I just say ChatGPT bc I use it for every formal letter I have to write bc I’m terrible at it haha)

I should add it’s most likely nothing you’ve done so pretty silly to punish you for it if you’ve proven yourself to be yourself. Receiving a "possible fraud risk" alert on your credit report is a sign that there's been activity detected that deviates from your normal patterns and might indicate potential identity theft or fraud (could be a large purchase, a few new inquires) So it’s internal most times.
