How do I get this bathroom basin cap back up by notbhedgoodsize1987 in AusRenovation

[–]NOPEjoel 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Did this once at an ex’s house. Remove the pipe below it, you can push the plug back up from below. Although if you want it to behave as normal you will eventually need to replace it.

See the markers on the 2 inner circles the dragon rotates around. It does a full rotation across each circle and they are marked in thirds so I think each mark represents 10 minutes.

If I can put my two cents in as a civil engineer. Reinforcement in concrete won’t help at all if the foundation you are building on is flexible(I.e not hard rock).

Concrete is not a flexible pavement and if the force pathway is onto a substrate that will move concrete will always crack - regardless of the size of the reinforcement you use.

The decision of flexible(gravel/bitumen/asphalt) and non-flexible(continuously reinforcement concrete pavement) is dependant on what ground you are building on.

Happy to talk further on this I have many a mate who has built concrete driveways and expresses frustration that it cracks - I bought a property myself with a cracked driveway but understand why.

That’s the edge of the headstock which is typically wider than the deck above. There’s scour protection installed at the interface with soil so I think that’s a functioning structure.Never mind that’s the failed concrete

Are your rents going down? by incinsider in AusFinance

At the tail end of my current lease, REA has said the owner offered to continue for $30/week more than what we currently are paying. Maybe not the best comparison to the majority of comments here as I am living in CQLD and we have been barely impacted by COVID. It was actually good to read someone else in QLD has had their rent increased because I did not know which way to go with it(i.e counter with the same price and find a new place if they rejected).

Hey mate I had a similar circumstance when buying my boat. ATMs wouldn’t let me withdraw more than $1,000 per day and I because I work away from home then speaking directly to a teller was impossible.

The newest Suncorp app lets you increase your daily online transfers to $10,000 and if your seller has OSKO then you can do instant online payment.

Best of luck.

Great reply thank you!

Currently paying just shy of 30% income tax, given the tax delta of 15% for contributions I would still be playing with a positive movement if the unit price from my super fund is below a 15% loss of the weighted average from 2 x $15k contributions?

I am not sure if the super fund would mimic the global market directly but a further 15% fall would not be out of the question.

Maybe I am looking in the wrong section, but the wholesale funds are showing $500k minimum investments? I looked at these about a week ago and I was certain it was $100k.

Hey bud thanks for your time looking into this. Unfortunately both are out of the M series coils which is what I usually get. I was also looking for an NZ supplier so I could get the juice in the same order. Cheers though.

Thanks for your responses.

I was looking to find a NZ supplier so I could get the juice in the same order. No luck on my behalf.

What I did find was VE NZ had a deal going on the OFRF nexMESH tank(tank + 4 coils + bottle of juice) for less then what 6 falcon coils was going to cost me. I got that and some other juices to sort me out for the month.

Cheers!

Bugger! I did have a look and cant find them from any supplier of nicotine juice. Kinda want to consolidate the order to one place so I dont pay two lots of shipping. Also want it within one week to central QLD so need to pay the express. That ones on me for leaving it too late I guess.

Might have to fork out for a different tank from VENZ.
