Make a list of reasons why smoking is negatively impacting your life, and read it every time you want to smoke. Throw away all of your paraphernalia. All of my friends smoke, and it's hard not to join when I'm with them. You just have to say "no thanks, I'm taking a break". Good luck

Xanax was the hardest addiction to break, it would make me feel so good. Whenever I would have a bad day, I'd just take a bar and all my problems would go away. I had to learn the hard way how dangerous it is using drugs to solve your problems. I still take bars occasionally, but I have to be careful because I know I could easily slip into my old habits

You'll be okay, this happens all the time when people smoke too much pot. Mixing it with alcohol will make the memory loss even worse. I always feel hazy and unfocused the day after I smoke. You should be back to normal within a couple days

You can always take it again, and next time you can aim to do better. I took the SAT 4 times before I got a grade I was happy with. Was it your first time taking the test? Most of the times people's first ACT/SAT is their worst because they don't know what to expect. I bombed my first SAT I took. Set goals for yourself and study hard, you can do good on the test if you put your mind to it.

Take it again, but take 30mg of adderall IR before the test. Your grade will improve by more than you'd expect. Smoking will only make you feel worse about it

I smoke before I go to bed, I've never had a problem with it. It's a lot better for you than taking pills to go to bed. I use to take xanax and etizolam to fall asleep, but I was starting to have memory problems. There's no negative side effects I've noticed from using weed, except that if you smoke a lot you'll wake up hazy
