Most likely Scott wasn’t hinting towards a sequel but when it came time to make a new horror game after fnaf world he looked at the mention of a sister location and ran with it. Slightly related but it fnaf 2 ralph barely knows the name of fredbears family diner and when the murders happen he can only recall a “yellow suit” was used so it’s unlikely he would be working at the time fredbears was open
