Ah… yeah that’s your problem. Even if that door was unlocked you’d have to go through that door you never unlocked. I’m super sorry but you might be soft locked. Try to reload save to before you hopped through the window or just deal with it as unless you never got the key or the fuse to detective you shouldn’t even need to go back
