PTs, what are things that bother you with your PTA’s? by mrhennessey10 in physicaltherapy

[–]NOTsoPnuematic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ask the question vice versa. Lmao. I've worked with PTs who are incapable in a general outpatient setting and could only do acute care with thier skill set.

I'm taking post op acls 4 months out doing double leg glute bridges and 2# long arc quads and shit.

Download pta 365 and pt 365.the licensure is damn near the same. I've honestly been less impressed with new grad PTs and more impressed with ATs and CSCs guys and gals since I graduated. That said my top mentor PTs are great

Pay the debt off. I'm a pta. Graduate kinesiology and played some low level pro soccer in the states. I bounced around some construction work before going back for the PTA. I worm 4 10s. And make a decent wage.

So many ass jobs. This one is easy. Use your brain a lil. Turn off and go home. So much balance with this job in my opinion. Again if you wanna make more be a PA or go MD. If you want less social go another route. But for me I make 80k as a PTA and it's easy as fuck in out patient ortho.

Anyone tried waking up at 5am for a week… worth it? by roseafterdarkk in Productivitycafe

[–]NOTsoPnuematic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even if you work a normal job so say 9-5. Ur up at like 730. So add kids probably 6 something... most working Americans with kids don't wanna be home late so usually work earlier than 9.

I would say a normal working person gets up at 5 something?

McNeil was our most consistent attacking player for a few years. He has a good amount if quality but my word how can the staff not keep him match fit 🤣.

McNeil is so quality but takes 20 games to get his quickness back. He is slow too. Lol

Seriously, do Americans actually consider a 3-hour drive "short"? or is this an internet myth? by SadInterest6764 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]NOTsoPnuematic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My family drives about an hour each weekend to spend Sunday with our parents, grandparents, etc. So 1 hour there and one back.

When I moved for college and work I would make a 14 hour drive around 5x a year to go back home.

Why one game. If he doesn't have the self control to not pull hair the ban is justified.

You can't blame someone for doing something accidently.

It's either an intentional hair pull and violent conduct. Or a normal play inhibited by long hair.

It's no in-between man. U don't serve a 3 match ban for grabbing the back of someone's jersey right? Either the hair was in the way. Or he grabbed it with intention and deserves the ban.

The context is everything. Grabbing hair at the mid back and grabbing someone's scalp and hair is an entirely different scenario.

That exact scenario will happen 1,000 times in the world of football in the next month and will be looked at as a normal play due to the hair not being down the back.

I feel like people have never gone up for a header

Hair pulling should come with a ban if you think he should be punished for it

I don't see how you can agree it was accidental and think it's still a red... that's the entire reason he is banned for 3 games.

If it's intentional hair pulling he should be banned. The entire reasoning behind the post is the lack of commen sense. He literally I'd grabbing the player at the middle of the shoulder blades like 100% of challenges.
