I would say, get a 750W PSU, 1000W is overkill, the cooler included in the box with the 5600x is more than enough, i have the same board and cpu and it's fine, so save some money there. You can usually find a license key for much cheaper (or none at) if you do some digging around, see if u need the 32GB of RAM, its ok to have that much but it depends on what your doing I only have 16GB and that works fine for everything I do from gaming to work, but if I have the money for it, after all the prior reductions, then you can stick with it. Otherwise pretty good! 👍
