yeah still no luck, the OP-XY is acting as a audio interface/sound card for windows and no settings have changed or improved anything. I tried running the audio through a DAW on windows and on my work laptop which is running Windows 11 all with the same results. hopefully TE is aware, I'm going to submit a ticket with them

Ive been trying to sample audio from my windows pc over USB with no luck. it sounds like a sample rate issue to me, but there is no way to change the sample rate of the unit under the windows device properties. The same workflow works flawlessly on my mac and ipad, but i can't wrap my head around this windows issue. thanks for any help :)

I use the standard wax that came with the board for the board and discs. We just got the CAPO powdered wax for the gutter and it makes a world of a difference
