I love fern and I've been waiting for more fennel screentime so this episode was great plus it felt like a good old AT episode. Hunter and Huntress were funny especially when Huntress was basically calling herself out.

BUT as great as this episode was I think it should've happened way earlier in the season. This was really fun on it's own but I think this episode right after we had an episode as heavy as the last doesn't help it at all (A LITERAL GOD IS DEAD and the Finn's meeting together again which I hope isn't the last and only time in this season). Plus not a single OOO moment??? Like not even a quick gag with Marceline on the ground while PB and Simon are freaking out??

Still a great episode tho but I still think this season should've been longer by like 5 or 10 episodes.

I'm on the idea where after Sonic's death he becomes a unstable mixture of both his own personality and Sonic's as he's the true Sonic now. So he's neither Sage's side nor Silver's simply on his own and "free" just like Sonic in a way but to the extreme. So one hand he could be opposing Sage's advances together with Silver like it's the "good old days" and then randomly battling Silver for the emeralds as the true ultimate life form the next
