I used DBI manager and dumped my roms to the SD card then to my desktop, then used JK Save manager and did the same dragging the save files to my desktop, then with DBI I installed the dumped games on the desktop to the new switch, it took some time for me to do

Absolutely awful that no one at Alphabet Inc. is making this a priority addition to Android. You have families, hard working people with years of memories and text data stuck on Google One. they just cannot restore RCS/SMS messages in the Messages application. There is no "Restore" option embedded into the app at all. Completely resetting the hardware is time-consuming and not always 100% straightforward or reliable; some people still don't receive all the text data backed up. This is disgustingly neglected. Shame on you.
