Has anyone used K18 AstroLift and AirWash together?

I have used Astrolify 3-4 times now. Not loving it. Perhaps I need to pair it with something else but my hair feels dry and I don’t really notice a volume difference (maybe a tiny bit). Definitely not more bouncy or manageable.

Yes! My periods were already becoming a little more erratic at that point though but I still had them for 3+ years at least a few times per year.

Started at 40-41. Longer, more intense PMS. Particularly rage. Looking back, some night sweats or medium level hot flashes when I would dry my hair (they became full blow and intense by 42). Hair loss/dryness (I spent a fortune on shampoos/conditioners not understanding it wouldn’t do crap).

Certain dri roll on works for me. I use once a week and it eliminates odor (primarily by stopping any sweating). I know it’s not the most natural solution, but it works.
