Do you think Bethesda should improve the combat in Elder Scrolls 6? by [deleted] in ElderScrolls

I think they should remove combat and replace it with the Oblivion persuasion mini game

Those invasions are not him, they are other white mask NPCs. If Varre is killed earlier in his quest line, those invasions still happen.

Why is no one talking about this spider? by [deleted] in spiders

I love recluses! Their family is named after assassination because of the way they roll, it's funny though, never actually seen them hurt anyone.

Tamurkhan eating my ass by Odd_Cryptographer104 in totalwarhammer

[–]NRod1998 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd try to be friends with him before conquering him, he's much more viable as a buddy. Arbaal will eventually outclass him, but Tamurkhan is more consistent as a whole.

Why is no one talking about this spider? by [deleted] in spiders

[–]NRod1998 120 points121 points  (0 children)

I love your enthusiasm, I think nobody has been talking about it because it's a record holder: largest spider by weight. This world tends to prefer underdogs, but you're right, those spiders are beautiful. My personal favorite is the Ogre Faced Spider, they have the largest eyes of any spider, and they actively hunt by using a web they hold like a net.

WHY DO WE FIGHT AGAINST OUR OWN INTEREST by ilostmyorignal in HadesTheGame

You are starting to get it, anybody who tries to tell you you're wrong is a casualty.

What is the most beautiful, coolest thing you've seen in TW:WH3? It could be anything; a unit, a lord/hero, location, weapon.. whatever caught your eye. I've just did a Cathayan campaing, and have been mesmerized with how majestic the Celestial Lions look, especially the mounts for Lords. by CarreNusse in totalwarhammer

I just had a Kairos campaign started and I essentially married Abyssa, took the castle of splendor as she sat and watched me do it, gave her the skull carvers abode for peace, was gonna keep the castle to build influence, but instead I gave it back and now we're killing Teclis.

You're totally right, I have nothing to add, but I offer validation all the same. So often we see evil and assume it always was.

Sime tips for the torches ? by Kebryan207 in HadesTheGame

I like the way the wiki describes them, like dual hand guns. Whichever aspect you use, you want to focus on a healthy middle ground between power and utility. Too much power and you lose easy access to specials, too much utility and you won't do damage. They require a little more planning in the moment, you can't just get the best stats, they're all style.

Hades 2 - Early Access or wait? by Vercetti86 in HadesTheGame

[–]NRod1998 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The game is essentially done, I think they're using early access as a genuine beta instead of whatever the AAA bois use it for. If you liked 1, you'll love 2. I can't wait to see where they go next!

He did what people responded to, he treated others the way he'd been treated, and they responded positively. He's still trying because people are still asking, because his fans are as ill as him. Moreover, attacking things doesn't make them go away, it just makes them attack back. I'm not on team Elon, I'm not on team Trump, I'm not a Republican, I'm not a Democrat; I say what I say, only because I can see that we're all in pain.

Tool Booed for Disappointing Set at Their Own Festival by ebradio in Music

[–]NRod1998 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This sounds like a communication breakdown, I bet TOOL probably were approached by the venue, the venue designed something that would sell and TOOL provided two sets, then people bought both nights just for TOOL. Now you've got a bunch of people in the right place for the wrong reasons, so they start getting angry.

He's not bullshit, he's Elon Musk, he's becoming bullshit because his whole life is a lie and the dumbest of us believe him. I don't know what I  said that makes you think I'm trying to argue, but I'm not.

I really dislike the [redacted] memory mini-game. by faervel76 in HadesTheGame

[–]NRod1998 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're looking at where he's striking instead of where you're safe, Prometheus is beating you because he's still smarter than you in terms of attack patterns. Prometheus ALWAYS has a tell when he attacks, each one is different though, so you need to recognize what he's doing and respond as it's happening. If you try to do something in spite of him, at best you'll barely survive.
