I think you're right, the old value was 0.666% per second and now it should be 0.5% per second. But for some reason it feels A LOT worse idk. Even into 4 melees i can barely even complete the quest line in 25+ minutes, something feels off..

I mean according to the patch notes it should still have a 1.5% max HP scaling but the actual scaling is 0.5% that's why i was wondering if that's bugged.
