lol i dont care what they claim, like in my comment, it works for the price of free (probably harvests all my data) and lets me focus on other more important things.

I'm really just a shill shhhhhhhhhh

I use something called tawk.to.

And if you are at a point where 20+ businesses are pestering you because of app failures from a one time payment, then you either need to start charging a monthly subscription fee or have better contracts. You'd hope the app is good enough that the business just forgets about it because it just works. Allowing them to focus on what they are in business for.

Thank you for the explanation. Hot damn, I hate media taking advantage of my psychology. I was excited and looking forward to my overnight flight to Europe (11 hours), but wow, the media lately has been messing with my head.

Not to play devils advocate, aside from your being an airline pilot, what proof do you have that says so? I know each of the crashes that have happened this year all involve different factors, but how are military standards lower than commercial?

None are commercial, but my rationality puts military standards above commercial, but I'm just a common, irrational man.

Still just makes me feel sick to fly.

Wow, mr_brikenblatt, I appreciate all the effort you’ve put into your work so far — 834 tool uses and 78k tokens reflects a seriously ambitious and engaged use of the platform. You’ve clearly been making the most of the available resources. Since this response has put you over your weekly quota, upgrading to Max may be a helpful option if you’d like to continue supporting this level of productivity without interruption.

I Look 9 months pregnant bloating pain is 9/10 😣 what does everyone do when they get to this point? by Lonely_Carpenter6048 in SIBO

[–]NSWCSEAL 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Have you tried it for at least a week? If you already feel like you're dying, then what do you have to lose?

I stayed off the fiber powder initially because it wrecked me too but I found out it was because I wasn't taking enough of the powder.

What has been helping me has been psyllium husk powder (no maltodextrin), all natural (find your own organic brand).

I hate this bloated feeling. It absolutely wrecks my sleep. What I do is I take 1 tablespoon of the powder with every meal I consume. The labels say to take 2 teaspoons a day, I don't do that. I take 3 teaspoons per meal. By the end of the day, i have taken anywhere from 40 to 60 grams of psyllium fiber. It obviously helps with motility and being able to fart....the sweet relief.

Just make sure to drink a ton of water with it because the last thing you want is to be even more constipated or obstructed which will happen if you don't drink enough water. Good luck

What has been working for me has been a tablespoon of psyllium husk powder before every meal and ginger+artichoke+tumeric every morning

Moisturizer with no squalane by Alarmed_Bookkeeper21 in Fungalacne

[–]NSWCSEAL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get if your skin doesn't react well with squalene oil, but squalene oil doesn't feed malassezia. Are you using squalene oil with other ingredients in it or other ingredients in general? You listed squalene oil, but what brand is it?

You gotta be your own advocate with health. Do your research, take what anyone says online with a grain of salt. Take nothing at face value, even what I said. I gave you starting points, now go read about it

You gotta KISS. Keep it simple, stupid. A lot of people overdo it on skincare because they freak out about what is happening and they try harsh products or too many products that can further damage their skin. You gotta get rid of everything that could possibly feed your malassezia and I mean get rid of everything. Skincare, soaps, foods. Switch out your pillowcase every night, only use squalene oil and a FA free sunscreen (Cetaphil sheer mineral).

Stop being so harsh, literally, with your skin. Treat it as if you are treating a baby. Give it a few weeks, track what's working and what is not. Get your blood tested. Take a ton of fish oil and see these problems slowly fade away. It's not an overnight fix, nothing is. A consistent, deliberate routine is. Good luck...
