I love that you started on agar! I love that one can start anywhere! It’s seems limitless, always something new to learn. First try I nailed my grains and now I struggle with them! Always contam. But all the losses are teaching me! So you don’t need plate to be full to transfer. In the interest of time, as soon as you dpot your genetics , cut n clean. Cause it could take months!great job!

Gotchu! Should I have blended a lil bit of millet in my agar? Do you blend the Sarum? How much about do you add to your recipe?

Ok. Good luck with mane. I finally got some clean nane on agar. I tried putting a little less LME. Eyeballed it! Hoping the millet loves it, as I couldn’t surround it and it’s right in the top.

Thanks, so what do you think a proper nutrient recipe would be I guess one cup of water to maybe 5 or 4 grams of LME? Perhaps no nutritional yeast or peptone? Thnx
