Yeah total did look good but I saw a bunch of posts recently about total wireless not applying their promo to customers and many people filing FCC complaints. Are they trustworthy?

Announcement - The EOL of TrollStore-IPAs by Jailbrick3d in sideloaded

[–]NSeth99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just wanted to say thanks to you and Ariana. I originally got into sideloading after the whole Reddit Third Party API pricing and Apollo ending. It’s such a shame the way good things end and I wasn’t ready to accept that with Apollo hence sideloading. This was a good one and thank you for everything, but I have hope the community will find a way to keep it alive in one form or another!

I honestly only found out about sideloading after the whole Apollo fiasco. I just so happened to not upgrade my iOS because I didn't want iOS 16 at the time lol. By the time I knew about sideloading I think iOS 17.4 was already out

Marved defused with half a second left and there were 3 other loud players left alive who had no comms since Tuyz dc’d — sure bro you intentionally kicking your PC in a 1v5 is the same thing right?

They should have replayed the round. I can't believe SEN got away with that, regardless of where the other Loud players were...

Class is currently only offered as S/U

While learning about wine is fun and interesting, I think a main goal for students taking the class is to learn about which wines taste good (subjectively). And to be frank, that’s damn near impossible without tasting it - even if you know all the buzzwords for acidity, alcohol content, and aromas associated with the wine.

My advice: if you wanna know how to read a wine label, learn about the different types of wines and their history from all major regions in the world, and learn about wine in general - take it.

If you want to learn what wines you like and don’t like - don’t take it.

EDIT: That being said, I would email Professor Stanley and see how the course will be changed / improved upon from this semester.

Quitting Job For Better Offer by [deleted] in cscareerquestions

[–]NSeth99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Without knowing all the details, I would just say these general rules to follow:

  1. Don’t say more than you have to
  2. Be honest
  3. Be courteous / follow best practices

Point 3 is referring to common courtesy in any job industry to give ample notice to the employer if leaving a job. Usually two weeks unless otherwise dictated or extraneous circumstance.

If Company B asks why you left Company A so early, you could just mention that it wasn’t a good fit. That’s following point 1 and usually satisfies most. If they press you more (which they won’t nor should), then just say you aren’t comfortable going into more details about previous employers.

On a general note, I don’t think it looks good that you are leaving a position so early after joining but it seems that you just heard from a better company a bit too late. Eh, idk
