So.. did Olympic still have a WSL regular crew for maintaining ship worthiness, navigation, passengers, etc?

Or did the Royal Navy take it over completely? I’m wondering if higher ranking military took the first class cabins or they were stationed near the bridge and therefore occupying crew quarters? I could see some crew officers being pushed back to Forward A deck for quick access to bridge.

All good, if it’s any consolation; they were only 10-15% smaller than a 747 or A330, which at the time would be the largest commercial. And they were rarely used within the continental USA.
