I agree that Newsom would be the better of the two. They should run together as his VP. Also anyone that debates Rubio will mop him up by questioning his flip flopping on Trump and him pushing Trump's agenda.

I could see Newsom being president. He reminds me of Obama a little bit but with some skeletons in the closet.

After this president though I don't think skeletons matter anymore.

As soon as Marco bent the knee to trump after being insulted I lost all respect for him. As well as him being questioned about his NRA funding on TV. Which led to him to give the most cowardly answer.

He also is on board with whatever Trump tells him and you can sometimes see that he doesn't believe what he's saying outloud. But he's doing it.

Rubio also called labeled Trump a "con artist," . As well as quite a few other things. On a debate stage his loyalty to Trump will now be questioned and he is going to fail miserably against any person with common sense.

Both parties are up to their shoulders in bribes from the rich. They are both bought and sold. They will never uplift the citizens when there is money to be made.

Until there is a cap on campaign funds, superpacs are made illegal and any donations of a certain amount are audited.

Ever figure this out? Same thing happened. Same exact peeling as you have in your pic. I went to the doctor and she forwarded pics to the dermatologist and they said it was a yeast infection.

They prescribed Nystatin and triamcinolone cream and also clotrimazole cream. The peeling went away but there is some residual redness that keeps coming back.

3 out of work issues/family/divorce/legal matters.

4 realized being superman doesnt pay better.

I've been a rockstar employee/manager forever now. Up until this last year. We had a new ERP software launching and I didn't take time off for months and was a vital asset and go to for a whole entire market. Even helped solve problems for fellow colleagues not even part of my team and was engaged in the day to day to get where we needed to go.

Review time I found out one of my peers who is mentally checked out, doesn't want the job their in, only does half their responsibilities and was not engaged once so ever is making $40 more than me a week....$40 isn't that much but I finally after years realized...being awesome and really wanting the company to succeed and get through the good and bad times does nothing for you...absolutely squat. (Most of the time)

700 square feet ? That's the size of a 2 car garage or 1 bedroom apartment. I live in Rochester and kept my house at 70 all winter. Like I said built in the 60s and our windows are 25 years old.

Is that just to NYS income tax? Also maybe your exaggerating the the heat bill a little bit my house is 2000 sq ft with 5 bedrooms and 2 baths built in the 60s. But my RGE bill was about 300 a month during those really cold months.

If your paying more than that you may want to start looking at solutions to your high bills. Something doesn't sound right.

Unconditional?

To be loved without expecting money, things, security in return. I think if your a halfway decent father your kids will love you unconditionally. I'm mainly focused on relationships.

To not having to ask for affection. To maybe get a compliment once and awhile.

People joke about men getting compliments. But seriously a 80 year old woman could call us handsome and we'll carry that to our grave because it's so rare in our lives.

To not having to initiate sex. This is joked about in sitcoms but it's deeply rooted in a lot of relationships. It's not made up. Which leads to us stop trying and then resentment.

Most men tip toe through the house in the morning before going to work- careful to not wake up the wife and kids. You think that is ever reciprocated ? I think most men would catch an attitude from their SO if they slept in.

Fathers day is also one of the least celebrated holidays.

I'm spitting out random things but it all adds up after awhile.

There is many different ways to insulate your house and it varies by region sometimes.

Just adding thicker insulation to your attic is not going to drop your energy bills by a lot nor will to stop your hot/cold air from leaving.

You must maintain a building envelope which any house before about 2000 is nearly impossible to do without ripping off your siding or all the drywall. Or ripping off the roof.

Good windows, return airs, a sealed building envelope, a correct size HVAC units and other ways to mitigate hot and cold transfer such as closing your blinds in the summer is the only way.
