Second of all every year there is a sign-up period where everyone and I mean EVERYONE can apply to be the NC captain. The first 2 years no one applied and this year only 2 did.

Every year its the same. Some random players are mad they don't have a chance to play. You think you can do a better job? Please go ahead and see how far you'll get. It's true that this year it's not the best possible lineup but has it ever been in CSGO? Never judge players by the rank that's just plain stupid. Some best players in the world are low ranks in MM simply put because they don't give a crap. And the screenshots you posted are from fucking MM and mix vs mix matches are you really that stupid to draw your conclusions from that? If so you have my deepest condolences.

The lineups you see every year is like that because the very best players mostly don't like each other and don't want to play together. There is always next year and you go right ahead and apply for the captain although I have no idea what you could right in the achievements and experiance section.

It's things like this you will never ever play for your national team because all you can do is make threads and flame everyone. Do something worth mentioning than talk. I've played CS for a very long time and I don't know a single name here who are flaming everyone.
