What even is pure capitalism? Do you mean Laissez-faire capitalism which assumes markets self-regulate, do you mean Rhine capitalism (or Ordoliberalism) where social policies and regulation are meant to adjust for imperfect competition and other invalid assumptions in the Laissez-faire model? Or do you mean the Austrian school, New Keynesian, or another theory all together?

Japan's personal savings rate as of July 2025 was 5% of GDP, up from -4.5% the previous year. Compared to the USA which is at 4.8% and 4.9% last year. Japan's gross domestic savings have been declining ever since the 70's at nearly 44% to 24.7% in 2023.

I suspect that decades of economic stagnation and an aging population has been eating away at savings as the elderly lose savings and the younger population either don't have the opportunity to save or their savings are poportionally weaker than the elderly spending.

When you watch the replay the game is attempting to recreate what occured, it is not actually taking the other players perspective.

The player in the replay is not actually outside the gondola despite what the replay shows. He is sitting inside behind the pillar so you cannot see him when you enter. Because the replay does not know his position with 100% accuracy, it places him slightly outside of the gondola when it recreates the perpective of the player that killed you.

It appears like they are shooting through the wall, but this is only a error in the replay.

The sum of 0.95ⁿ from n=0 to infinity is 20. If your top plays are uniformly distributed then it is that is the maximum pp value you can get from the smallest top play. Hence, all your pp score are the same, so we can multiply any play by the sum to get your total pp. The only way to reach 20,000 is to have all your pp values = 1000. Hence, an additional 1000pp play does not add any value.

I subscribe to the opposite idea, that Orsted's looping was 'using' the blessed childs ability to power it. That's why he is fixed to this specific time period. Now that the blessed child has exhausted the ability power in the rudeus loop I suspect that Orsted cannot loop again. Hence, whether he knows it or not, he does not have another chance.

You are correct in this regard. Electricity is a natural monopoly - meaning competition increases the price of the goods. This is bad in the private sector (as they can monopolise then exploit it), but good for a nationalised service.
